Meet Andy, a valued member of the Spivey Building Co. team, dedicated to maintaining and improving the properties managed by Rentals by Spivey. With over 100 units under his care, Andy’s expertise and innovative approach play a vital role in ensuring these homes are not only functional but also welcoming for residents.

Andy thrives on the daily variety his role brings and finds joy in tackling challenges with creative problem-solving. His ability to think outside the box has helped develop a streamlined system for efficient maintenance and preparation of attractive rental units—something he takes immense pride in.

When Andy isn’t improving rental spaces, he’s at home cherishing quality time with his family, working on his own home and yard, or giving back to the community as a coach for the Grays Harbor Gulls Soccer Academy.
