Who does the work.
Our own crews do most of it: Nick's crew (Nick, Alex, Brian, Alexis and Jose), the build crew (Ray, Andrew, Mike, Chris, Colton and Kaden), and Andy, Hunter and Cliff on maintenance. How do I hold a spot?
A 1% retainer of the projected cost, plus drawing, engineering, design and permit costs. It all applies to your final estimate.
Do you work with construction loans?
Yes. We work directly with your lender on the draw schedule, with photo updates as proof of progress.
